Registration Terms and Conditions

November 12–14, 2026 | Atlanta, Georgia

These Registration Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the purchase and participation in the Thriving Seven Summit (“T7 Summit” or “Event”), hosted by the T.D. Jakes Foundation (“TDJF,” “Foundation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a registration and/or attending the Event, you (“Registrant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms:

1. Registration Purchase & Payment

All registrations must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified in writing by TDJF. Registration is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. TDJF reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its sole discretion.

2. No Refund Policy

All registration purchases are final and non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Travel disruptions

  • Personal emergencies

  • Failure to attend

  • Dissatisfaction with programming

3. Registration Transfers

Registrations may be transferred to another individual through August 31, 2026.

  • Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the official registration contact provided by TDJF.

  • All transfer requests must be completed and confirmed by TDJF no later than 11:59 PM CT on August 31, 2026.

  • After August 31, 2026, registrations are non-transferable.

  • The original registrant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the substitute attendee’s information.

  • Any difference in registration pricing tiers at the time of transfer may be subject to administrative review.

TDJF reserves the right to approve or deny transfer requests in its discretion.

4. Event Modifications

TDJF reserves the right to:

  • Modify the Event program, speakers, schedule, format, or venue.

  • Substitute speakers or cancel sessions.

  • Change the Event format (including to a hybrid or virtual format) if circumstances require.

Such modifications shall not entitle Registrant to a refund.

5. Force Majeure

TDJF shall not be liable for delay or cancellation of the Event due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, labor disputes, terrorism, civil unrest, or venue unavailability.

In such circumstances, TDJF reserves the right to reschedule the Event or convert it to a virtual format. Registration fees will remain non-refundable.

6. Image, Likeness & Media Release

By attending the T7 Summit, you grant TDJF and its affiliates, partners, successors, and assigns the irrevocable right to:

  • Photograph, record, and capture your image, likeness, voice, and participation.

  • Use such materials in photographs, video recordings, livestreams, broadcasts, promotional campaigns, marketing materials, social media, websites, advertising, press releases, and future event promotions.

This usage may apply to:

  • The Thriving Seven Summit

  • Future Thriving Seven Summits

  • Other T.D. Jakes Foundation programs, initiatives, and promotional materials

You waive any right to inspect or approve such materials and acknowledge that no compensation will be provided for such use.

7. Code of Conduct

TDJF is committed to fostering a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment.

By attending, you agree to:

  • Conduct yourself in a respectful and lawful manner.

  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or unsafe conduct.

  • Comply with all venue policies and local laws.

TDJF reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Event without refund for violation of this Code of Conduct.

8. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By attending the Event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to participation, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless TDJF, its officers, directors, employees, agents, sponsors, volunteers, contractors, and venue partners from any and all claims arising from your participation in the Event.

9. Health & Safety

Registrant agrees to comply with any health and safety protocols established by TDJF or the Event venue, including any public health requirements in effect at the time of the Event.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the Event without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All Event materials, presentations, branding, logos, recordings, and content are the intellectual property of TDJF or its licensors.

No recording, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Event content is permitted without prior written consent from TDJF.

11. Data Collection & Communications

By registering, you consent to:

  • The collection and processing of your personal information for Event administration.

  • Receiving Event-related communications.

  • Receiving communications from TDJF regarding future programs, initiatives, and events.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Registrant and TDJF regarding Event registration and supersede any prior representations or agreements.

Acknowledgment

By completing your registration for the Thriving Seven Summit (T7 Summit), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
